Review of Electoral Arrangements for the Highland Council Area
I would like to take this opportunity to highlight our concerns in relation to Boundaries Scotland’s final proposals regarding their review of electoral arrangements for the
Highland Council area.
The view from the Civic Centre – case study West Lothian Council
Many of our MSPs have previously served as councillors and will be fully aware of the budget-setting processes within their own local authorities.
I appreciate this is a short timescale given the technicality and length of these regulations, but any assistance in the Committee’s scrutiny work would be much appreciated.
