If you can get one small employer in a small town to take on board one modern apprentice and that works well, the effect of word of mouth is fantastic. If one MSP organises a jobs fair in a smallish community and gets small and large employers interested in seeing what is there, they can begin to create an atmosphere that says that this is important to us.
