*S5M-03959 Graeme Dey: TSB Branch Closures That the Parliament notes with concern that — the TSB has announced plans to close 17 branches across Scotland, including the Kirriemuir branch in the Angus South constituency; welcomes the commitment from the bank that these plans will not lead to job losses but recognises that areas across the country are facing accessibility issues as a direct result of both this announcement and branch closures by other banks, and calls on the banking sector to put in place measures, such as mobile banking facilities and services via post office counters, to ensure that people can access face-to-face banking facilities.
