Given the multi-topic nature of the legislation, I think it would be more useful to provide an update on some of the key topics with further planned Secondary Legislation individually:
Workplace parking licensing (WPL) – as mentioned above it is intended that provisions on this issue will be commenced in January 2022 with the necessary underpinning regulations also being laid in January 2022.
