We are aware that some care providers pay more than the Living Wage and will continue to work with members of the Living Wage in Care Implementation Group to ensure successful implementation of the policy.

The ScotRail Franchise Agreement commits ScotRail to pay all its staff at least the living wage and to take reasonable endeavours to procure that all its contractors and suppliers in the UK also receive at least the living wage.

Scotland has the highest proportion of employees paid at least the Living Wage of all four UK countries. We continue to promote the real Living Wage through public sector procurement and to all employers alongside advice on how to become accredited.

We can look at a much wider range of housing options to help people to choose where they wish to live rather than their being forced to live in temporary accommodation.
I remain firmly of the view that significantly more seats on the relevant boards should be occupied by people who live on islands and therefore rely on ferries in their own lives.
