Other new and altered motions and amendments *S5M-00517 Graeme Dey: Fundraising for Marie Curie by the Parkview Primary Care Centre, Carnoustie That the Parliament welcomes the fundraising efforts of four doctors and two — receptionists from the Carnoustie Medical Group s Parkview Primary Care Centre, who recently ’ raised £3,026 for Marie Curie at an event at Monikie Country Park in May 2016; notes that Dr Stephen Galbraith, Dr Lindsey Howe and Dr David Davies ran 10 kilometres, and Dr Amy Knighton, Lana Wood and Danielle Geddes ran five; believes that Marie Curie will use this to provide over 151 hours of free, high-quality hands-on care for people with a range of terminal conditions, including cancer; understands that the fundraising was carried out in tribute to the late Lynda Larg, who worked as a receptionist at the practice for eight years, and welcomes the work of Marie Curie in provide high-quality care to people.
