Guidance about community wealth building 9 Guidance about community wealth building 5 (1) The Scottish Ministers must issue guidance about— (a) community wealth building action plans, including all measures under section 5(5), (b) facilitating and supporting the generation, circulation and retention of wealth in local and regional economies, including through the development of 10 community-owned renewable energy, and skills and supply chains associated with 1 renewable energy. (2) Subsection (1) must be complied with within the period of 18 months beginning with the day on which this section comes into force.
