The Chair of the Scottish Funding Council (SFC) will remain accountable to Scottish Ministers. The Ministerial Letter of Guidance to the SFC sets out the SG’s priorities for the SFC and the SFC will continue to be held to account against this framework.

Address early sexual offending in Scotland
