Wellbeing and Sustainable Development Commissioner - A draft proposal for a Member's Bill to ensure policy development and implementation by public bodies is in line with principles of sustainable development and wellbeing by introducing a duty for public bodies to promote these principles and establishing a Commissioner for sustainable development and wellbeing. Lodged by Sarah Boyack MSP on 13 December 2022. Final proposal was lodged on 7 November 2023 and has the support of 21 MSPs, and therefore the Member has the right to introduce the Bill.
