I know that anything that can be done to assist and support those who have been affected to come forward will be done to ensure that there is access to justice for all who may be affected.
Consequently, the Scottish Infected Blood Support Scheme (SIBSS), which was established in 2017, was set up to provide support and assistance for those people infected as a result of NHS treatment, as well as for their immediate family members.

(S5F-02767) Currently, 80.6 per cent of employees in Scotland are paid at least the living wage, making Scotland the best performing of all United Kingdom countries.
The minister will know that the dispute on equal pay with 5,000 employees of Glasgow City Council has moved to the Court of Session on appeal, after the Employment Appeal Tribunal found in favour of the claimants.
The employers say that if the employee wants a hotel, they just have to ask, but the employers need to be more proactive than that—they need to tell the employee that they must stay put.
