Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee report on the Greenhouse Gas Emissions Trading Scheme (Amendment) Order 2025 (draft) - Introduction
It is for the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee to recommend to the Scottish Parliament whether the draft Order should be approved. On 4 December 2024, the Acting Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero and Energy, Gillian Martin MSP, lodged motion S6M-15731, proposing that the Committee recommends the draft Order be approved.

The Cabinet Secretary advised that on 17 December 2024, out of the total prison population, 138 people were out on home detention curfew and that it is anticipated that, at any one time, there may be up to about 20 people on GPS monitoring and home detention curfew.

Remote and Rural Healthcare Inquiry - Remote and Rural Workforce Recruitment Strategy
