Stage 2 Report on the Climate Change (Emissions Reduction Targets) (Scotland) Bill
Given the timing constraints on the Official Statistics themselves (as set out above), the only way in which a guaranteed "pre June" date for the statutory report could be secured would be to move the entire reporting timetable back a full year from current arrangements.

It is right that we revisit trials in which witnesses were intimidated or jury members were unduly influenced, so that justice is done.Section 3 is on admissions made or becoming known after acquittal and the committee had to consider whether the provision should apply to pre-acquittal and post-acquittal admissions.

We have to link the taxation powers to the grant, but that will be for later consideration.Generally, I appreciate the work that has been done by the Calman commission, which has now found its form in the Scotland Bill. I have been pre-empted to some extent. The broad structure of the bill is coherent and I have no quarrel with it in principle.
