Although not directly linked to Part 1, several environmental organisations suggested public bodies’ accountability should be strengthened to support delivery and mainstreaming.
In relation to the factors taken into account by the Parole Board when considering release on parole, its website states:
It will take into account information about the original offence from the trial judge's report.
Without taking into account all these factors and solely focussing on medical treatment it is unlikely for stability to be achieved causing more harm to the individual.
The targets, delivery plans and annual reporting would allow the Scottish Parliament and the public to hold the Scottish Government to account for its progress towards eradicating child poverty.
Many of these indicators are related to population or school pupil numbers, but other factors such as deprivation levels and rurality, road length and homelessness may be taken into account depending on the service being considered.

As part of this transition, Zero Waste Scotland will be governed by the same public finance and accountability rules as other Scottish public bodies, requiring the appointment of an accountable officer to ensure routine good governance.
