Do members agree to take in private item 3, which is consideration of the evidence that we will hear on the affordable housing programme during our pre-budget scrutiny, and item 4, which is consideration of our approach on the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill’s legislative consent memorandum?
Those items are: consideration of our approach to the Transvaginal Mesh Removal (Cost Reimbursement) (Scotland) Bill, pre-budget scrutiny and development of our work programme. Do members agree? I will take silence and nodding as agreement.

Justice social work staff and people with lived experience will be central to our programme of work. The NCS will bring changes that will benefit the workforce, too.
