Stage 1 report on the Offensive Behaviour at Football and Threatening Communications (Repeal) (Scotland) Bill - Summary of reasons for retaining the 2012 Act
Sections 1 to 5 of the 2012 Act should be extended to include other settings, such as marches. A number of respondents gave the example of recent marches in Glasgow where it appeared as though the police did not arrest those singing sectarian songs.
