I have been contacted by a number of constituents in Gretna and east Annandale who are concerned that wedding guests are travelling from higher-prevalence parts of the UK, such as the south of England, despite the cross-border travel ban, because weddings and small receptions are permitted in Dumfries and Galloway, which is in level 1.
