To ask the Scottish Executive why those individuals who responded to its consultation paper on salmon conservation were not informed that the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Bill had been introduced. A press release issued on the day of introduction of the Salmon Conservation (Scotland) Bill was copied for information to the 350 organisations that were sent the initial consultation paper.
