Figures have been rounded to the nearest 5 due to small numbers in some categories. These figures may include households who have turned down multiple offers of settled accommodation by the local authority and chosen to stay in temporary accommodation instead.
However, ratepayers with a combined rateable value of £35,000 may still be eligible for SBBS relief where the individual property has a rateable value up to £18,000.
Based on early estimates from current operational data, we anticipate that up to 200 vacancies may be filled as a result.We continue to process eligible claims for the scheme and, once that process is complete, we will begin our evaluation of the scheme, including options to further support and strengthen the adult social care sector via displaced workers.
