Slide 17 shows companies' success in getting what they asked for—that is, what proportion of the requested loan was actually granted. Interestingly, even in pre-crisis times, there is very much a yes/no climate—people either get 100 per cent or they get zero per cent, and there is not a huge amount of people in the middle.
