Homelessness and rough sleeping
Shelter Scotland told us that “now is the moment to reflect on how we can get a whole-system approach” to tackle homelessness in Scotland.Furthermore, Shelter Scotland indicated that some “elements of the Ending Homelessness Together Annual Report have not yet been progressed–for example, a gendered analysis of the system and the embedding of a stronger ability for people to get recourse on their rights if those are denied.
