Redress for Survivors (Historical Child Abuse in Care) (Scotland) Bill 67 Schedule 1—Redress Scotland (2) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (1), “financial assistance” includes grants, loans, guarantees and indemnities. (3) The Scottish Ministers may attach conditions (including conditions as to repayment or the repayment of interest) in respect of any financial assistance provided. 5 (4) The Scottish Ministers may, from time to time after the financial assistance is provided, vary the conditions referred to in sub-paragraph (3).
