Constituents have advised me that, post-Covid, in certain—only certain—GP practices, they are experiencing barriers to booking face-to-face appointments because the practices have changed their process so that there are online consultation forms, which are difficult for some constituents to use.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it will list the (a) nature and (b) value of each of the supply chain projects being progressed through the strategic investment model developed by the Scottish Offshore Wind Energy Council and its partners. 32 of the 38 projects progressed through the industry-led Strategic Investment Model have consented to being published and a list is available online at: Strategic Investment Model Stage 2 projects announced | Offshore Wind ScotlandTen priority projects have been identified through the industry-led SIM process: five are port facilities, four are supply chain proposals and one is an equipment project.A list of SIM priority projects is available online at: Full SIM Stage 2 List published | Offshore Wind Scotland.The prospectuses and the details within them belong to the individual project proponents, however taken together the total capital expenditure of SIM projects is around £6.5 billion.

To ask the Scottish Government what assessment has been carried out on the additional emissions generated from food delivery drivers making multiple journeys to collect used containers from customers in connection with the Deposit Return Scheme’s online takeback service. The obligation to provide a takeback service for scheme articles sold online under Scotland’s Deposit Return Scheme (DRS) is structured so that retailers can work together to put in place a third-party solution to collect containers; this should minimise the number of additional journeys required.
