Badge and Apparel Policies To ask the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body how many visitors to the Scottish Parliament have been asked by security and other SPCB staff to remove badges and other apparel since May 2021. Scotgold Resources Ltd To ask the Scottish Government what discussions it has had with Scotgold Resources Ltd regarding any support that can be provided to employees who may lose their jobs at its Cononish gold mine near Tyndrum, in light of the reported announcement that the company has gone into administration.
Can the cabinet secretary indicate which of the report’s recommendations may intersect with the provisions in the new bill—for example, the potential for the creation of Gaelic economic zones or additional support for entrepreneurs in designated areas of linguistic significance?
Vulnerable People in the Justice System (Support) To ask the Scottish Government what support is available for people in contact with the justice system who may be dealing with vulnerabilities such as mental health issues, problematic substance use or homelessness.

More widely, we encourage an approach to investment finance that brings together individuals, businesses and organisations with relevant experience and interests to promote investment opportunities in Scotland and support growth.
