Session SP Bill 58 5 (2019) 2 Protection of Workers (Retail and Age-restricted Goods and Services) (Scotland) Bill (2) Subsection (1) applies to— (a) behaviour of any kind including, in particular, things said or otherwise communicated as well as things done, (b) behaviour consisting of— 5 (i) a single act, or (ii) a course of conduct.
