The Scottish Government published its Budget 2025-26 on 4 December, and the Committee received a response from the Minister for Equalities to its recommendations. Through the social justice budget, an additional £50.4 million is being provided for enhanced Pension Age Winter Heating Payments, along with £11.3 million to fund the Two Child Limit Mitigation.
