The National Assistance (Assessment of Resources and Sums for Personal Requirements) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2021 amend the dates on which the National Assistance (Assessment of Resources) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2021 and the National Assistance (Sums for Personal Requirements) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 come into force.
Lastly, the order will repeal certain provisions of the Land Settlement (Facilities) Act 1919 relating to allotments, principally because those provisions are now out of date and are no longer required, as a consequence of the 2015 act.
