Draft Climate Change Plan 2026-2040: scrutiny by the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee - Retrofitting and skills
The National Retrofit Plan which the Committee recommends is developed by the Scottish Government should incorporate a Skills Plan that sets out how the gap will be addressed, in particular in rural areas where the skills shortage is greater, and with a focus on supporting SMEs to grow their retrofit workforce.
