For example, to create a mechanism for co-ordinating support for people with complex needs requiring multiple services to avoid gaps or duplication in provision.
The ASN Tribunal’s submission said that “one area in which there is a barrier to accessing a remedy is in the definition of, and knowledge around, a [co-ordinated support plan]”. The ASN Tribunal can provide remedies around the development of CSPs.
As confirmed by the Minister for Parliamentary Business, work to establish how participation and engagement will be co-ordinated and supported across government is underway.
