Some of the members who were at the Offshore Europe exhibition last week—Mr McDonald and a number of members from other parties were there—heard Shell’s presentation on how important the industry will be. There is to be a 10-year programme on that network alone, which will involve billions of pounds of investment.I hope that the Government will play a constructive role in assisting the programme, through its ports policy.
