Another good way to look at it is by looking at the Home Office biometrics programme, which is a big programme to join up the biometric databases of policing, immigration and other central Government services.
I agree with the cabinet secretary’s remarks about the common frameworks programme. I think that we have seen a lot of good progress during the three years over which the programme has been under way.
