Policy Memorandum Referendums (Scotland) Bill

The First Minister wrote to the Prime Minister on 31 March to commence discussions leading to an order under section 30 of the Scotland Act 1998, as in 2013, to enable the Scottish Parliament to legislate for a referendum between the autumn of 2018 and the spring of 2019.
