Introduction
At its meeting on 11 June 2024, the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee ("the Committee") considered the delegated powers contained in the Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill following amendments made at Stage 2.
More recently, the Committee has explored the concept of natural capital finance with two panels of experts and practitioners at its meeting on 26 March 2024. Evidence gathered so far will help to inform the Committee's future work, including scrutiny of the Land Reform (Scotland) Bill.
