Improving the Management of Sexual Offence Cases
In March 2021, the Lord Justice Clerk, Lady Dorrian, published the findings of her review to develop proposals for an improved system to deal with serious sexual offence cases.[1] It focussed on those issues most relevant to the process of managing these cases within the Scottish Court system.
The purpose of the Order was to change the date on which the next census will be taken to 20 March 2022.
