For the past two years, we have asked South Ayrshire Council to provide more bins to ensure that there are plenty for visitors to put rubbish in, instead of throwing it on the beach. Unfortunately, extra bins have not appeared.The existing bins are bolted down, but vandals rip them out and throw them on the beach, which does not help the situation.
