Public Visitors and Contacts
The parliament was closed to visitors from 17 March 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions. When Parliamentary business resumed in August 2020, Visitor Services provided limited services for guest registration and were able to operate a limited mail order style service in the shop.
Inquiry into mental health support for young people in Scotland
Following a series of external engagement events held in 2019-20 to inform its inquiry into mental health support for young people in Scotland, the Committee published its final report on 24 July 2020.

Introduction
Following the introduction of "lockdown" provisions in late March 2020 in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Scottish Parliament adapted its practices and procedures through the variation and suspension of some of the Rules in the Parliament's Standing Orders.
