To ask the Scottish Government what funding it has allocated to pilot the ASSIST peer-education programme in schools as part of its tobacco control strategy.
That means enabling them to have practical access to training courses and programmes—both those set out in the report and the wider programmes that are available through Scotland’s Rural College, Lantra Scotland and other providers.
The Commissioner is required by the Bill to “produce and publish guidance for public bodies about the exercise of their duty” under the Bill, and it is envisaged that such guidance will assist public bodies in this process. 13.
