Can the cabinet secretary tell us, from the conversations that he and Mr Swinney have had, whether UK Government ministers have given any indication of which budget will be cut by £1 billion to fund Mrs May’s deal with the DUP? The UK Government has given no explanation whatever of how the deal will be funded.
If that motion is agreed to, debate on the groups above the line must be concluded by the times indicated, although the amendments in those groups may still be moved formally and disposed of later in the proceedings.
