Given that we have a separate justice system, it can be easier to get our view on justice matters recognised in the European council context than it is to get the devolved healthcare arena recognised.

As is reflected in the response to question S6W-12758 on 13 December 2022, The Scottish Government will consult on our proposals to apply an activity cap on fishing activity in inshore waters, in due course.
We have heard about the speeds that people can get in urban areas. I only wish that that were true—my constituency office here in Edinburgh is going to get ADSL.
‘Accessibility and Inclusion’ covers interventions that create opportunities for everyone to make the choice to travel actively. Evidence shows that there is a large number of underrepresented groups in Scotland who do not participate in active travel.
