By 2006 that saving could double if the current rate of progress were to be sustained, but I am not claiming that that will happen; I am saying that, at the present rate of progress, that is where we could get to.The committee is taking evidence on the Water Services etc (Scotland) bill. We believe that the principles of the bill are right and that we have met the minimum requirements of the Competition Act 1998.
