As a result, the Committee received two written testimonies which Members considered and reflected upon at the Committee's meeting on 25 March 2025. The Committee's ongoing scrutiny of the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill at Stage 2 included further work to gather the views of young people regarding the age limit aspect of the Bill.
