Child Poverty in Scotland since the 1960s - 2010s - Scotland diverges from the rest of the UK
Analysis by SPICe, earlier this year, suggested that if eligibility was extended to under 16s and the payment per child was also doubled to £20, then child poverty would be at 19% in 2021 rather than the 24% estimated level of child poverty with no Scottish Child Payment.4Kidner, C., & Hudson, N.
