Introduction
The Sentencing (Pre-consolidation Amendments) Bill is a UK Government Bill introduced in the House of Lords on 21 January 2020. The Bill is currently nearing Report stage in that House.
The European Commission suggested that if the UK honoured its financial commitments, it should be able to participate in EU funding programmes up to the end of 2020 on the basis it abides by the EU's spending rules.
