(2) Regulations under subsection (1) may in particular include provision about— 5 (a) the notice to be given when a child is taken to a place of safety, including— (i) the persons to whom notice is to be given, (ii) the information persons given notice are to receive, (iii) when notice may be dispensed with, (b) the constable’s duties to a child taken to and kept in the place of safety, including 10 the information to be given to the child.
