THE ELECTRICITY WORKS (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020
The Electricity Works (Miscellaneous Temporary Modifications) (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Regulations 2020, SSI 2020/123 was made by the Scottish Ministers under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and sections 36(8), 36C(2), 60(2) and (3) and paragraph 1(3) of schedule 8 of the Electricity Act 1989 on 14 April 2020.
