I would like us to have the opportunity to do the first trawl and to find out what responses we get, because we may find that we have a stronger case to pass the petition on to the Equal Opportunities Committee on the basis that legislation that is supposed to be in place may not be being applied by education authorities throughout Scotland. I am not going to die in a ditch over the issue, so I am more than happy to roll back.
