Social care is in crisis under the Scottish National Party, and vulnerable people across Scotland are paying the price. As a Renfrewshire MSP, the minister will know that there are, in Renfrewshire alone, proposals to cut respite support, cut support for those with autism and close vital facilities, such as the disability resource centre in Paisley.
