Official Report Meeting date: 20 March 2002

Enterprise and Lifelong Learning Committee, 20 Mar 2002

I will return to the matter in a minute or two.The other two orders—the Electricity from Non-Fossil Fuel Sources (Scotland) Saving Arrangements (Modification) Order 2002 (SSI 2002/93) and the Fossil Fuel Levy (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2002 (SSI 2002/94)—come as a pair and are also related to the Scottish renewables obligation. Official Report Meeting date: 3 March 2004

Environment and Rural Development Committee, 03 Mar 2004

I was about to take a vote, unless members want to delay consideration of the matter and to take extra evidence, which I would be against.
Official Report Meeting date: 28 March 2007

Justice 1 Committee, 28 Mar 2007

Official Report Meeting date: 9 January 2007

Justice 2 Committee, 09 Jan 2007

Will the galleries get any support in making those checks, which I assume will be rigorous, time consuming and possibly costly? Will they be given extra support to do that? The question is a detailed one.
Official Report Meeting date: 7 June 2005

Local Government and Transport Committee, 07 Jun 2005

Of course, if councils are going to be given extra money, we have to check that the figure is relevant and valid.
Official Report Meeting date: 11 May 2005

Environment and Rural Development Committee, 11 May 2005

Indeed, a few examples might go a long way towards easing people's fears about the extra work that SEAs will involve. I would like to hear from each of the witnesses on that.
