The information requested is not held centrally by the Scottish Government. On 30 May 2021, Police Scotland published an article on 'assaults on police linked to coronavirus', which may provide the information requested.
Any limitations on the type and frequency of amendments that may be made to the rural development programme remain unchanged as a result of the Scottish statutory instrument.
In effect, that means that land that the council owns that might suffer from some restrictions—it may have been bought under another enactment—can be appropriated for use as allotments.
She has mentioned a commissioner, and she may know that the Finance and Public Administration Committee has been carrying out an inquiry into commissioners.
The regulations came into force on 17 May. I appreciate the work of the Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee, and I look forward to it taking up its role again.
