Brexit (Special Arrangements for Northern Ireland and Scotland) The Westminster Government has said that special arrangements for Brexit provide Northern Ireland with, in the words of Michael Gove, “the best of both worlds”. I seem to recall that Ruth Davidson previously threatened to resign if Northern Ireland was given a special deal.
