In today’s Dunfermline Press, it is reported that council chiefs have agreed to work towards a reopening date of 1 June across Scotland. Can the cabinet secretary confirm whether that date has been agreed?

If I was in the minister’s shoes, I would undertake an urgent review of planning policy during the October recess and return to the Parliament in November with Scottish statutory instruments that can help to address those concerns.
